Do you buy cracked or broken devices?
Yes. Cracked screens, broken back glass, bad batteries, water damage, devices that will not turn on. The condition changes the offer, but we will almost always make one.
Do you buy phones with a balance owed, a passcode or an iCloud lock?
Yes, but for parts only. Any phone with a balance still owed, a passcode we cannot bypass, or an iCloud or account lock is purchased at a parts price. Tell us up front and the offer will reflect it.
Where do we meet?
At a safe, public location near you, anywhere in Dallas–Fort Worth. Tell us your area and we will set the meetup spot.
How fast can you meet?
Often within the hour. We are out buying every day of the week, so tell us when and where and we will make it work.
How do you pay?
Cash, in hand, at the meetup, after we check the device together. Cash is currently the only form of payment we offer.
Can I sell more than one device?
Yes. We buy in bulk: families, businesses and resellers sell us several devices at a time. Mention the quantity on the form or in your text and we will make one combined offer.
Is there any pricing on this site?
No. Prices change daily with the market, so we give you an offer for your exact device after you tell us about it. It takes a few minutes and there is no obligation.
Do I need to reset my device first?
Back up anything you need, sign out of iCloud or your Google account, and turn off Find My before we meet. A device that stays locked or has a passcode we cannot remove is bought for parts only.
What forms of payment do you offer?
Cash only, paid in hand at the meetup.
Which models do you buy?
iPhone 12 Pro and newer, Samsung Galaxy S24 and newer (plus Z Fold6, Z Flip6 and newer), Google Pixel 8 Pro and newer, and iPads, MacBooks and Apple Watches. Older phones than that we do not buy.
Do you buy Android phones other than Samsung and Pixel?
Not at the moment. Our focus is Apple, Samsung Galaxy and Google Pixel.
What areas do you cover?
The whole Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex: Dallas, Fort Worth, Plano, Frisco, Arlington, Irving, McKinney, Denton, Garland, Grand Prairie, Richardson, Carrollton, Lewisville, Allen, Mesquite, Euless, Grapevine, Mansfield, Rockwall, Keller, The Colony, Prosper and the suburbs around them.
